Stephany is a Project Manager, primarily focusing on the Value Commission and the Framework for Integrated Decision-Making, among other areas. She has been involved with the Value Commission since its inception, helping to shape and guide the project while contributing to making the impacts experienced by people more visible.
Stephany’s work experience reflects her growing technical expertise and commitment to system change. Her diverse academic background, including an MSc in Conflict Studies from LSE, a BA in Archaeology, BSc (Hons) in Physical Anthropology, and an MSc in Anatomy, informs her multidisciplinary approach to tackling complex issues.
With this academic background and fieldwork experience in post-conflict repatriation in Georgia and Abkhazia, as well as grave relocation projects in South Africa, Stephany has firsthand knowledge of the challenges that communities face in development. She is deeply committed to integrating people-centred thinking into the broader economic system, ensuring that value extends beyond financial metrics.
Outside of work, Stephany is an active member of the LSE Alumni Network in the Netherlands and enjoys helping expats connect with their new community. She’s also known for bringing a light-hearted and collaborative approach to her work, always eager to contribute to a positive team environment.
