Stephanie is an Executive Office Manager at the Coalition and EA to Martin Lok. She manages operations in the executive director’s office: ensuring smooth and efficient processes so the ED / Senior team can focus on what really matters — creating meaningful impact.
With a background in psychology, international leadership and organizational behaviour, Stephanie brings a diverse experience to her role. She has previously led operations in both non-profit and for-profit organizations as an Operations Consultant, General Manager, and Project Lead across international, remote/hybrid and physical teams. Her previous responsibilities have been focused on building better systems and supporting people to do their best work.
She enjoys sustainable problem-solving, focusing on clarity, connection, and long-term results. She believes that openness and curiosity are essential in any system-change journey.
Outside of work, Stephanie is inspired by nature, travel, and finding beauty in the small details of everyday life. She is also curious about different cultures, ways of thinking and the world of health sciences.
