Saori Dubourg is Chairwoman of the Management Board and CEO of Greiner AG, a globally active industrial group specializing in plastics and foam solutions. As CEO, she is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Group, with a focus on transforming industrial value creation towards circularity, sustainable performance, and innovation-driven growth.
Before joining Greiner in 2024, she served as a Member of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE from 2017 to 2023. In this role, she was responsible for major global business units in the multi-billion-euro range, including plastics, petrochemicals, agricultural solutions, as well as health and nutrition, and shaped their strategic development in an increasingly complex market environment.
Throughout her international career, Saori Dubourg has led large-scale transformation processes and executed several major M&A transactions. She stands for a leadership approach that consistently combines economic performance with environmental and societal impact – particularly in times of profound global change.
