Mary’s role is to create the conditions for the successful delivery of the next phase of Capitals Coalition’s work. She has over 25 years’ experience working with children’s and young people’s charities in the areas of disability, health, and education. S
he has extensive expertise in leading diverse teams, turning new ideas into impactful projects, and managing change. Having recently completed a PhD, Mary’s practical experience is supported by a strong theoretical understanding of the shift in perspective which a multi-capitals approach makes possible.
Mary has been with the Coalition since shortly after its constitution as a Stichting (Foundation) registered in the Netherlands. She is proud to see the groundwork laid by her early work on policies and processes paying off as the organization grows. She particularly values the collaborative culture embedded across the team, which helps the Coalition thrive.
