Lisa is a Project Manager at the Capitals Coalition, where she supports the implementation of the SELINA project, which focuses on integrating natural capital into decision-making processes. Her work strongly emphasises applying capitals thinking within the private sector, helping businesses recognize and account for the value of nature and people in their strategies.
Lisa started working at the Capitals Coalition as Engagement Officer for the TEEBAgriFood for Business project. She began her career with internships at WWF Germany in the environmental education and public relations department, and at the GIZ supporting stakeholder management for the Partnership for Sustainable Textiles. Before joining the Capital’s Coalition, she worked for IDH-The Sustainable Trade Initiative, in which she supported a project on smallholder farmer inclusion in global Agrifood value chains.
Lisa is passionate about building cross-cultural collaboration to drive societal transformation, and enjoys translating complex sustainability concepts into tangible action with businesses on the ground.
Outside work, she co-manages an agroforestry project and loves hiking, foraging, and being in nature.
