Costanza works in the Communication Function, bringing her editorial expertise to all communications for the Coalition. She is a journalist and has more than 15 years of expertise in working for leading media platforms and overseeing communication strategies and editorial projects. Costanza is a systems thinker driven by a persistent desire to grow professionally, she intuitively understands interconnectedness and fosters collective growth by leveraging strengths. She believes in utilising the power of creative storytelling to create unique and captivating content that moves towards change.
She has an academic background in History of Art and Photography and recently completed the London School of Economics and Political Science Masterclass in Sustainability Communication Strategies and the UnSchool online course on System Thinking.
Outside work, she loves to walk in nature, especially close to the ocean. She loves good coffee and speaking with dogs.
