Claire is the Operations Manager at Capitals Coalition, where she provides essential support across IT, travel coordination, and budget management. She also contributes to the executive team’s fundraising efforts, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
With a background in operations and support for Indigenous organizations in Australia (Wurundjeri country) and Canada (unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations)), Claire is passionate about supporting organizations that put people and the planet at the heart of their purpose. She is proud to contribute to the ambitious work of her colleagues at Capitals Coalition, who are driving systemic change toward a more just and sustainable future.
Outside of work, Claire likes to be in nature with friends and dogs, or offering her presence as a death doula, providing compassionate support to individuals transitioning at the end of life.
