Lenka is a Senior Engagement Manager working at the intersection of engagement, research and projects focusing mainly on aligning financial flows and strategies with a more sustainable and equitable global economy. As a transdisciplinarian, drawing on her senior-level experience from the private and NGO sectors, she is able to identify and connect leverage points between corporate, financial, and public systems, fostering key relationships and intervention mechanisms necessary to integrate the environmental and social dimensions into our current economic and financial systems.
Lenka holds an MA degree in International Studies and Diplomacy and a BA degree in Development Studies and Geography from SOAS and has experienced major economic system shift during the transition from communism to late-stage capitalism. Her belief is that we can design a different system in which we can be individuals as well as an integral part of a community and in which our way of life is rooted in caring for nature.
Lenka is passionate about the twin path of transforming the inner and outer world and in co-creating a new, regenerative story and vision for the world, rooted in the custodianship of the Earth, diverse kinship, interconnectedness, and collaboration.
