Capitals Coalition will be co-hosting several events at New York Climate Week with key partners such as Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, A4S, AICPA – CIMA, ISFC, Summa Equity and Energy Impact Partners. We will be supporting our global network by attending a range of other events during NYCW.
We are hosting an interactive workshop, in partnership with the Value Balancing Alliance, that explores how impact valuation can turn sustainability data into decision-useful insights for investors and businesses. Through practical examples from our work with asset managers and corporates across sectors, and role-based discussion, participants will explore how different actors (asset managers, corporates, regulators) interpret information, where decision bottlenecks arise, and how financial markets can evolve to allocate capital more effectively.
The Global Banking Summit will examine the forces reshaping global finance in 2027 and beyond, from macroeconomic volatility and geopolitical fragmentation to rapid technological change. How should leaders respond to uneven growth, diverging monetary policies and a more contested global order? What are the implications of renewed trade tensions, shifting regulatory priorities and sustained pressure on profitability as interest rates fall? And as AI and digital infrastructure become central to competition, how will these technologies alter risk, resilience and the economics of banking?
