Silvia Vilas Boas heads the Natura&Co Latin America finance, strategy, and governance fronts, as well as the group’s transformation office in the region. She has over 20 years of experience in Brazilian and multinational companies in diverse sectors, including the retail, financial, telecommunications, consulting, and automotive industries. Since 2021, she has provided the group with her robust knowledge in the finance, strategic planning, technology, innovation, and people management areas, helping drive the consolidation of Natura &Co as a broad omnichannel ecosystem.
Silvia Vilas Boas is also a founder of W-CFO Brazil, a non-profit group for female finance executives, aimed at providing mutual support, driving diversity, and inspiring young women and new female leaders in the finance area. Mother of two boys, a sportswoman and passionate about human relations, Silvia is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, a Master Black Belt and has completed diverse specialization courses. She is also an advisor of the Fundação Dom Cabral. Silvia believes in the power of diversity, empathy and that every day is the best day to learn something new.
