Pedro works on Engagement at Capitals Coalition, leading key initiatives to embed the value of nature, people, and society into decision-making and economic models. He actively engages different stakeholders in the Impact Management Platform (IMP) and the Integrated P&L Workgroup.
With a background in corporate sustainability, Pedro was named one of the GreenBiz 30 Under 30 by Trellis Network in 2024. Before joining the Coalition, Pedro led sustainability and sourcing strategies at HelloFresh across Europe and Oceania, where he developed the company’s first Carbon Insetting Fund and oversaw systemic Scope 3 decarbonization efforts. His earlier work at Brazilian foodtech Liv Up focused on building award-winning regenerative food supply chains, recognized by B Corp and national ESG rankings.
Pedro is driven by a deep belief that system change must go beyond individual efforts and scale into structural shifts in how we define value. He brings a strong foundation in food systems transformation, which he has now applied to broader efforts across economies and financial decision-making.
Outside of work, Pedro is passionate about cooking, exploring different cultures through food, connecting with nature and hiking in diverse landscapes.
