Charlotte leads Deloitte UK’s technical team specialising in sustainability reporting and assurance. She has extensive experience in sustainability reporting standards including ISSB and CSRD and sustainability assurance standards. She co-chairs the Deloitte Global Sustainability Expert Advisory panel that supports the work of the Deloitte Global IFRS and corporate reporting leadership.
She is deeply engaged in international standard-setting, serving on the IAASB’s reference group for the development of the International Standard on Sustainability Assurance 5000 (ISSA 5000) and the IESBA’s reference group for the development of the International Ethics Standards for Sustainability Assurance (IESSA).
Her background also includes practical experience in sustainability strategy, policy development, and impact measurement from her time at Corporate Citizenship and Microsoft UK.
