Tom leads PwC’s work related to its Total Impact Measurement & Management (TIMM) framework, which allows organisations to measure and value their social, environmental, economic and fiscal impacts to drive impact data into the heart of decision-making processes.
He sits on the Methodology Board of the Value Balancing Alliance and previously sat on the Advisory Board of Harvard’s Impact Weighted Accounts Initiative, the Valuation Technical & Practitioner Committee at the International Foundation for Valuing Impact, and was an advisor to the Impact Management Project. Tom also sits on Accounting for Sustainability’s Expert Panel, set up by HM King Charles III.
Having supported PUMA develop the world’s first Environmental P&L (E P&L) Tom has supported a wide range of businesses to understand their environmental, social and economic impacts and set data driven strategies and plans to deliver meaningful social and environmental benefits alongside commercial return.
