Vincent Siegerink is an economist with over 10 years of experience working on the measurement of social progress, well-being, and measuring business impacts on people’s well-being and inequalities. Currently, he serves as Senior Technical Specialist in the Secretariat of the Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD). In that capacity, he is responsible for underpinning the TISFD’s disclosure recommendations in a robust evidence base on business and finance’s impacts on people and inequalities, and associated risks.
He formerly led the OECD WISE Centre’s work on measuring the non-financial performance of businesses, which included publishing research on the valuation of wage inequality and employee well-being impacts. In that role, he also co-facilitated the Impact Management Platform, a collaborative initiative of a group of leading providers of international sustainability standards and guidance.
