Eleanor is a Technical Manager at the Capitals Coalition, where she contributes to the delivery of A-TRACK, supporting the projects partner organizations, and works with the Impact Value Standard Board (IVSB) to help deliver its mandate.
She brings experience in public policy, including supporting the development of Scotland’s nature targets and their alignment with international standards and policy frameworks. Eleanor also has an academic background, with a PhD in ecology and evolutionary biology.
Her work reflects a strong interest in systems thinking and transformative change, with a focus on putting nature, people and society at the centre of planning and decision-making.
Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys creative activities such as painting, drawing, sewing and pottery, and can often be found spending time in nature with her partner and dog.
