Leesa is Senior Advisor, Partnerships, leading the Coalition’s work to build the strategic partnerships and secure the long term funding needed to transform how decisions value nature, people and society.
She brings more than 30 years’ international experience working with purpose driven leaders and organizations, from listed and privately owned global businesses to NGOs and philanthropic partners. Her expertise spans sustainability strategy, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, organizational change and communications. She has a strong track record of advising leaders, building trusted relationships and translating complex economic, environmental and social challenges into practical strategies that strengthen organizational performance and contribute to lasting systems change.
Leesa is committed to systems change and connecting people, ideas and organisations to shift the structures and incentives that shape our economies.
She is also the proud mother of twins, a qualified coach and yoga teacher, and a Board member of the Plastic Free Foundation.
