The World Benchmarking Alliance has just released the second Financial System Benchmark, which is unique in that it aligns institutions that can trigger a domino effect of positive change across the financial system. It measures and ranks 400 of the world’s most influential financial institutions including banks, asset owners, asset managers, and insurance companies on their contribution to a just and sustainable economy. While some institutions lead by example, many lack the strategies to drive meaningful change. Peer learning and collaboration among stakeholders in the financial system are essential for progress.
